Lance Norquest is the Director of Operations and an Investment Advisor Representative for Bellwether Wealth, bringing over 10 years of industry expertise to our team. One of his core duties is working with clients to come up with personalized wealth management solutions, by getting to know each individual client and recommending a customized strategy that is tailored to meet their needs. Lance also leads the Client Service Team and ensures the firm is meeting its regulatory requirements regarding firm disclosures, audits, testing and report filings.
Lance holds the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) designation, which is an 18 month industry-recognized program that requires 12 hours of annual continuing education, of which two hours is based solely on ethics. Lance is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS®). Recognized by institutions, governments, and regulators worldwide, the CAMS® designation requires recertification every 3 years.
Lance holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is an active Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America.
